When I first started in the craft 6 years ago, I was motivated to buy every single witchy trinket and tool out there. It was a factor that pushed me into loving the mystical practice. But to be honest, witches existed before the invention of these tools. Candles even, came before cauldrons and so forth. With the ever looming pressure to be a customer in this capitalist day and age, please do not feel pressured to purchase anything if it does not call out to you.

You can be a witch with a spice cabinet, gathering natural ingredients outdoors, recycling jars, and so much more.
